If you would like to return your order, please contact info@future-jewelry.com. You will receive the return instructions you need within 24 hours.

You can return your product up to 14 days after placing the order. All products returned must meet the following conditions: there are no signs of use, all cards and accessories are still present & the packaging is intact.

We will only reimburse you for shipping costs if there is a defect in your purchase up to an amount €10,-. If shipping costs exceed this amount, you will be responsible for the remaining amount.

During discount promotions, the costs of returns will NOT be reimbursed by FutureJewelry.
If you DO wish to return your purchase with a discount, you will then receive a FutureJewelry voucher worth the amount of the purchase you made.
You will receive your voucher by email within 14 days of return.

We strive to deliver your Jewelry as quickly as possible. The shipping time depends on your location and the availability of the product. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 business days.

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.
